NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 09, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-002577 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and SEAN A. CHICHURA A/K/A S. A. CHICHURA A/K/A SEAN CHICHURA; VICTORIA L. CHICHURA A/K/A VICTORIA LYNN CHICHURA A/K/A VICTORIA CHICHURA; AMERIFIRST HOME IMPROVEMENT FINANCE COMPANY; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
