Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-000534 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and KATHERINE R. FRAME, ROBERT E. FRAME JR, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the day of FEBRUARY 8, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 1366, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION THIRTEEN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 2A THROUGH 2G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 23365 Patera Ave, Port Charlotte, FL 33980
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
