NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-00892-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF2 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. ZAROUR A/K/A MICHAEL ZAROUR, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A RODNEY AMICK, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL A. ZAROUR A/K/A MICHAEL ZAROUR IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 14th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40 BLOCK 2304 PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 20 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 PAGES 10A TO 10F INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
