NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004866 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein APEX COMMERCIAL CAPITAL CORP. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL D'AMICO; MARIE D'AMICO; JOSH PINHASOV; CORAL RIDGE COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS #1 N/K/A JENNY RIOUX are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNITS 51, 52, 53 AND 54, CORAL RIDGE COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, PHASE VIII, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 660, PAGE 1064, AND AS AMENDED; AND AS SHOWN AND DEFINED ON THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 5A THROUGH 5F, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
