NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will on the 7 day of November, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., www.lee.realforeclose.com, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 43, 44, and 45 Block 26, of that certain subdivision known as FORT MYERS SHORES UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof of file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida in Plat Book 10 Page 7.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
