BOOK 541 AT PAGE 504 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE DEFLECT TO THE RIGHT 90 37' MORE OR LESS AND RUN EASTWARDLY ALONG THE SAID NORTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 445.30 FT. MORE OR LESS TO THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SAID SE 1/4; THENCE RUN SOUTHWARDLY ALONG SAID FRACTIONAL LINE a distance of 774.71 ft. to the se corner of the property described in said o.r. 541 at p. 504 thence run westwardly along the south line of the property described in said o.r. 541 at p. 504 a distance of 545.33 ft. thence run northwardly and parallel with the westerly line of the said se 1/4 a distance of 474.30 ft.; thence deflect to the left 89 23' and run westwardly 795.2 ft. more or less to the west line of the said se 1/4; thence run northwardly along the west line a distance of 50 feet more or less to the point of beginning; subject to the right-of-way of nalle road across the westerly 25 feet of the above described property
