NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-060224 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-PA2, is the Plaintiff and William J. Thompson, Stoneybrook at Gateway Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. American Express Centurion Bank, Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., Stoneybrook at Gateway Master Association, Inc., Tenant #1 N/K/A Paul Zile, Tenant #2 N/K/A Amy Zile, Demetria C. Thompson, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 10 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
