NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 10 day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-052312, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and ANN M. SANFELIPPO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JEFFREY G. HELMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANN M. SANFELIPPO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, 5, AND 6, BLOCK 5006, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 72, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 9-26, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
