NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 11, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-062609 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON ARMT 2005-11, is the Plaintiff and RONALD R. SAMBUCO; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; JANE DOE 2 N/K/A TERRI BRIGHT are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 14 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 13, BLOCK 15, UNIT 7, LEHIGH ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
