NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 12, 2012, entered in Case No. 08-CA-003941 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein is the Plaintiff and Doris J. Clark; The Unknown Spouse of Doris J. Clark; Alfred Clark; The Unknown Spouse of Alfred Clark; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated as Nominee for First National Bank of Arizona; Paseo Master Homeowner's Association, Incorporated; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2
are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 14 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, PASEO, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000162884 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, of the public records of lee county florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
