Plaintiff and Elizabeth J. Rose a/k/a Elizabeth Rose are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 12, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit 203, eagle ridge lakes ii, a condominium, bldg 36, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official record book 3218, page 3652 through 3759, and any amendments thereto, all in the public records of lee county, florida; together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said declaration of condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
