Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Popular ABS, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-1, Plaintiff and Elwood Steven Bradford a/k/a E. Steven Bradford are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
