You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of ROSALIE KRIEG, deceased, File Number 12-CP-1536, by the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901; that the decedent's date of death was August 25, 2012; that the total value of the estate is approximately $48,246.44; and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: Gary D Firestone, 5838 Wild Fig Lane, Fort Myers FL 33919; Daniel A. Firestone, P.O. Box 861528, Wahiawa, HI 96786; Diane Lynette Miller, 18721 Hunters Glen Road, North Fort Myers, Florida 33917; Kevin Firestone, 3006 Legacy Villas Drive, Maitland, Florida 32571; and Lindsay Firestone, 12711 Treeline Court, Fort Myers, Florida 33903.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
