NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-2404-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Sandal Cove Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Robert W. Roth is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 9, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Apartment 205, Building 1003, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium of SANDAL COVE CONDOMINIUM I, as recorded in Official Record Book 4151, Page 746, as amended in O.R. Book 4164, Page 540, and O.R. Book 4183, Page 640; and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, page 72, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
