NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10012450CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ING Bank FSB, is the Plaintiff and Gregory Clevenger; Carefree Apartments Condominium Association, Inc.; and Gregory Clevenger, Carefree Apartments Condominium Association, Inc. and Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 16, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 3, OF CAREFREE APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6700, PAGE 186, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 99, PAGES 1 AND 2, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
