NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2012, entered in Case No. 10-011353-CI-07, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-OAKS-150 BELLEVIEW BLVD., INC. is Plaintiff, and MARY G. BOOHER and THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are Defendants ,KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 6, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit No. 403, Belleview Biltmore Villas - Oaks - 150 Belleview Blvd., a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Belleview Biltmore Villas-Oaks-150 Belleview Blvd., A Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5393, Pages 40-96, and any Amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 63, Pages 89 through 103, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
