NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10000529CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2005-8, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8, is Plaintiff, and BONNIE POYNTER A/K/A BONNIE J. POYNTER; EQUITY TRUST COMPANY, CUSTODIAN FBO ACCT.#21690; JAMES POYNTER A/K/A JAMES A. POYNTER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendant(s).
