NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 02, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09011425CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and SAMI KIEN A/K/A SAMI THACH KIEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14 AND 15,BLOCK 66,LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION 'A' ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
