Rozell are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOTS 3, 4, 5, 6, AND 7, BLOCK E.C. BAUGHMAN'S GARDEN HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25 PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
