NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-018882 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset Backed-Certificates, Series 2006-HE5, Plaintiff and Edwin L. Crowder and April Crowder, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, LESS THE WEST 14 FEET OF THE SOUTH 38 FEET; AND LOT 4, LESS THE EAST 32 FEET OF THE SOUTH 38 FEET THEREOF, C.M. EDWARDS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
