NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-012429 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Trust 2006-1, Plaintiff and Michael A. Cudnoski are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 17, LEWIS ISLAND SUBDIVISION SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 54 & 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
