Crawford and Diane M. Crawford, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. 102, BUILDING NO. 735, VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 11 THROUGH 27, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 91 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4829, PAGE 484, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4846, PAGE 395, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
