NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-012628 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Muamer Kapo are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 63, MEADOW LAWN TWELFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 68 AND 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
