NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-001155 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust, as Trustee for WaMu Series 2007-HE1 Trust, Plaintiff and Seamon Finley and Sharon Finley, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 111.50 FEET OF THE EAST 141.50 FEET OF THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT RIGHT OF WAY FOR 46TH STREET NORTH.
