REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Largo Area Housing Development Corporation (LAHDC) submits a Request for Proposal (RFP) to qualified contractors for the purpose of the new construction of two (2) Single Family Homes per the housing plans and specifications provided. LAHDC has established the minimum specifications and qualifications which can be received by contacting Caprena Latimore, Real Estate Development Coordinator at [email protected]. All plans and specifications will be delivered electronically.

All proposals are to be received by 2:00 p.m. on November 9, 2012. The RFP packets shall be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Request for Proposal - Tilley Road Lots” along with the Company name.

They should be addressed and delivered to:
