and any unknown parties who are or may be interested in the subject matter of this action whose names and residences, after diligent search and inquiry, are unknown to Plaintiff and which said unknown parties may claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against the Said Defendant(s) either of them, who are not known to be dead or alive.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit 616, GOLDEN SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat book 53, Pages 101 through 105 inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 63, Pages 111 through 115, inclusive, and in Condominium Plat Book 64, Pages 51 through 55, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 5239, Pages 716 through 768, as amended in O.R. book 5401, Pages 2010 through 2016, inclusive and refiled in O.R. Book 5408, Pages 155 through 161 and further amended in O.R. Book 5456, Page 175, all inclusive in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. the street address of which is: 19531 Gulf Blvd., #616 Indian Shores, FL, 33785.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: ASTRID GUARDADO, ESQ. Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: BECKER & POLIAKOFF, P.A. Park Place 311 Park Place Boulevard Suite 250 Clearwater, FL 33759 on or before November 19, 2012, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
