YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PENTHOUSE GREENS ASSOCIATION NO. B, INC, herein in the following described property:
Apartment No. B-319, PENTHOUSE GREENS UNIT 8, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record 3587, Page 776 through 843, as amended in Official Record 4577, Page 1549, Official Record 5016, Page 113, Official Records 5409, Page 1867, Official Record 6160, Page 917 and Official Record 6226, page 1320 and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 41 and 42, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 225 Country Club Drive, #B319, Largo, Florida, 33771.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 19, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
