NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-012286 CI 11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Andrew D. Dalena, a/k/a Andrew David Dalena and Christa L. Dalena, a/k/a Christa Lee Dalena, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 19, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 84, NORTHFIELD MANOR SECTION A-2, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 62, page 58 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
