NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 005799 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Hsbc Bank Usa, National Association As Trustee For The Benefit Of The Certificate Holders, Nomura Home Equity Loan, Inc.,asset-backed Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-fm1, is the Plaintiff and Richard Doyle, Marian Gallagher, Harbor Oaks Place, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Richard Doyle n/k/a Donna Doyle, Yellow Book Sales and Distribution Company, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
