Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 2, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 21, BLOCK H, CROSS BAYOU ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 58 AND 59; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 21, BLOCK H, RUN THENCE SOUTH 28 DEGREES 11'01° WEST, 112.5 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 21, TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 21; THENCE RUN SOUTHEASTERLY 2 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 21; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
and commonly known as: 8454 IRIS AVE, SEMINOLE, FL 33777; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
