Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10th, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 11-7832-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R2, UNDER THE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff, and GERALD D. CARPENTER , et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 5, TIERRA SAILS TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALONG WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF BOAT SLIP #2.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
