Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10th, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-005018, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OP2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and PAUL SCOTT CRAIG, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS COMMITMENT IS DESCRIBED AS ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN CITY OF LARGO IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, AND STATE OF FL AND BEING DECRIBED IN A DEED DATED 04/28/2004 AND RECORDED 05/06/2004 IN BOOK 13551 PAGE 1620 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE, AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 62, BLOCK 1, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65-67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
