NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-000864-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and AMBER DENIZ CUSHING; AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 223, OF AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13652, PAGE 1025, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
