NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-000755-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and DEIRDRE C. CASHER A/K/A DIERDRE C. CASHER A/K/A DEIRDRE CHAUNTEL CASHER A/K/A DIEDRE C. MARTIN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WILLOW BROOKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A VALERIE FREDRICK are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 27, BUILDING D, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WILLOW BROOKE CONDOMINIUM FORMERLY KNOWN AS KINGS HIGHWAY CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 6165, PAGES 317 THROUGH 365, AMENDED IN O.R. 9497, PAGES 1171 TO 1235 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 89, PAGES 101 THROUGH 104, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
