NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-017423-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST PATRICIA GLASSMIRE A/K/A PATRICIA A. GLASSMIRE, DECEASED; FAITH GREEN A/K/A FAITH HOOPER GREEN A/K/A FAITH A. GREEN, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA GLASSMIRE A/K/A PATRICIA A. GLASSMIRE, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TAMARAC BY-THE-GULF, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
