Unit D-207, Building D, IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4980, Pages 1953 through 1993, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 110 and 111, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3034 Eastland Blvd., #D-207, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 9, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
