NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 10th day of December 2012, at 10:00 a.m. www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 104C, Building 76, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY NORTH, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 14827, Page 729, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
