NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above noted case that I will sell the following property in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
The North 1/2 of Lots 10, 11and 12, COLUMBIA HEIGHTS, NO. 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 11, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of November, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of sale by cash or cashier's check.
