YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, GULL AIRE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 166, GULL AIRE VILLAGE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 77, 1 Pages 40 through 44, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with 1992 CHAN Doublewide Mobile Homes, Identification Numbers CH13199A and CH13199B attached thereon. With the following street address: 166 Manta Circle, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 19, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
