YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, GULL AIRE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 419, GULL-AIRE VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 77, page 40, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. And the mobile home situated thereon: 2002 Mobile Home ID#9P610745PA and #9P610745PB. With the following street address: 419 Dolphin Drive South, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 19, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
