YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose the mortgage existing on property which you may have an interest has been filed against you. The real property or its address is commonly known as 827 39th Avenue, North, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33703, and is more particularly described as follows:
LOT 18, AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 17, BLOCK 9, BLOCKS 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 13 OF ALLENDALE TERRACE SUBN., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Westerly 10 feet of Lot 17, Block 9, ALLENDALE TERRACE SUBN., as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 18 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, run thence South 83 deg. 43' East a distance of 5.91 feet; thence South 06 deg. 51' West a distance of 71.24 feet; thence North 02 deg. 05' East a distance of 71.42 feet to the Point of Beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT
Beginning at the southeast corner of the westerly 10 feet of Lot 17, Block 9, ALLENDALE TERRACE SUBN., as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 18 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, run thence by a curve to the left having a radius of 5343.82 feet; chord bearing North 83º05' West; chord of 488 feet; an arc distance of 4.88 feet; thence North 06º51' East a distance of 58.71 feet; thence South 02º05' West a distance of 58.91 feet to the point of beginning.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Stovash, Case & Tingley, P.A., c/o Micah M. Ripley, Esquire, whose address is 220 N. Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801, within thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication, which was on November 19, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Amended Complaint.
