NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2012, entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009670 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Edward P. Winkowski; Amanda Mclean-Winkowski; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. a nominee for Oak Street Mortgage, LLC; Target National Bank; Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclosure.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 4, FRAZE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
