Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Begin at the S.W. corner of the N.W. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 3, Township 31 South, Range 16 East, thence East a distance of 33 feet to an iron pipe, thence North a distance of 264 feet to an iron pipe for a Point of Beginning, run thence East a distance of 150 feet to an iron pipe; thence South a distance of 60 feet to an iron pipe; thence West a distance of 150 feet to an iron pipe; thence North a distance of 50 feet to Point of Beginning; lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 28, 2012.
