NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010265, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ERIC G. SHRAUGER; THE ESTATE OF DENNIS SHRAUGER; ERIC G. SHRAUGER AS A PERSONAL REPRESENATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DENNIS SHRAUGER, DECEASED; MATTHEW T. SHRAUGER; ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
