NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010265, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ERIC G. SHRAUGER; THE ESTATE OF DENNIS SHRAUGER; ERIC G. SHRAUGER AS A PERSONAL REPRESENATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DENNIS SHRAUGER, DECEASED; MATTHEW T. SHRAUGER; ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN AND TO CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 23, BUILDING 48, WING “G” NW, OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 45 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4661, AT PAGE 225 THROUGH 282, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM LEASE AGREEMENT, RECORDED MARCH 10, 1978 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4668, AT PAGE 392, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
