Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on October 3, 2012, in Case No. 08-006970-CI-20 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Melinda Jenkins and Clifford Jenkins are defendants, that on November 27, 2012, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
Property Address: 2732 Via Murano Unit 521, Clearwater, Florida
Unit 521, The Grand Venezia at Baywatch, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 14030, Pages 1368 through 1486, and the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 14243, Page 1040-1145, as amended from time to time, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium as set forth in said Declaration, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE RECORDING OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
