NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522009CA004467XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM NICHOLAS; CHADWELL SUPPLY, INC; CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA; PORTOFINO AT LARGO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; PRECISION PAVING OF TAMPA INC., D/B/A AZZARELLI PAVING & SITE DEVELOPMENT; PRECISION PAVING OF TAMPA, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM NICHOLAS; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A BILL CALHOUN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 31st day of October, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 15, BUILDING NO. 10 OF PORTOFINO AT LARGO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15860, PAGE 1999, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
