NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 412011CA007862XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH TRUST 2005-04, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-04 is Plaintiff and DAVID K. EIGENBRODE; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS SUCCESSOR TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA; PALM-AIRE AT SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION “C”, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. V 52, NO. 9A, OF PALM AIRE AT SARASOTA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDINGLY TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 128 THROUGH 132, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED O.R. BOOK 914, PAGE 1802 THROUGH 1852 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
