Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 2, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, THENCE SOUTH 315 FEET, THENCE EAST 262-1/4 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 85 FEET 5 INCHES, THENCE EAST 41 FEET 10 INCHES, THENCE NORTH 85 FEET 5 INCHES, THENCE WEST 41 FEET 10 INCHES TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 320 10TH AVE DR W, BRADENTON, FL 34205; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 7, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
