Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 2, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:.
LOT 11, BLOCK 52, ILEXHURST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EASTERLY ONE-HALF OF THAT 10 FOOT WIDE VACATED ALLEYWAY LYING BETWEEN SAID LOT 11 AND LOT 10, OF SAID BLOCK 52.
and commonly known as: 113 31ST STREET, BRADENTON BEACH, FL 34217; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 7, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
