NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 22, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-012238 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and SAM J. ASFUR; LYNN M. ASFUR; NATIONAL CITY BANK; and BEL MARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on November 8, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1003, BEL MARE, PHASE 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2185, Page 7890 and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 36, Page 103 - 118, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Together with Parking Garage Number 1, Parking Space Number 1-24, 1-25, and Storage Space Number S-1003, each as a Limited Common Element appurtenant to the above-referenced Condominium Unit.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
